I am actively looking for properties for the clients below:
Client one is looking for a 15 to 50 acres (or perhaps larger) with a portion developed to grapes. Ideally, this property would have a residence (condition is not important), as well as a winery facility, or potential winery facility. The plan is for a “family” operation, and they are open to both the farming, working with a wine maker and the eventual selling of their fruit. The best would be a property with an existing label.
Client two is looking for a small hobby type vineyard and a nice home. They would like to be in the Paso Robles or Templeton area. They have sold their home and are renting until they locate the right property. Ideally, the vineyard would be at the minimum one to two acres with room to expand. They would like a home in the 2000 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. range, they would like it in good condition and not requiring major remodeling.
Templeton / Atascadero Home – Starter Home
Client Three is a young family looking for a starter home that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms or possibly a larger 2/2 (1100 SQ+) either in Templeton or Atascadero. The home can be in need of a little TLC but they are not looking for a major fixer. A fenced backyard with room for a dog is also desired.
Templeton – Home(s) w/ Acreage
Client Four is looking for a 10-20 acre parcel preferably with a home or two in Templeton (East or West). The property needs to offer privacy from neighbors and the road. Trees, usable land, and horse facilities are also desired.
West Templeton Home w/ Acreage
Client Five is looking for a 2-10+ acre parcel with a 2000+ SF home in West Templeton. Preferably in the Peterson Ranch / Bethel Area. If the property has a attached caretakers unit or guesthouse that would be a plus. Horse facilities are also desired but a deal breaker is there is room for them. Close proximity to a winery would also be of interest.
